The FA canceled the handshakes when QPR met Chelsea, because of the whole racism debacle Ferdinand and Terry are in, and I quote the article, to “”to defuse further tensions”. Why couldn’t they do the same with ManU and LFC. I mean, we obviously knew Evra isn’t exactly someone Luis would want to shake hands with so.. yeah.

I’m not one to think you should avoid your issues, better to face them than ignore it. My point is, if they did it with the QPR - Chelsea match, why not do it today? It just seems weird to me, and a little unfair to be honest.
